Export controls on strategic goods

Export controls on strategic goods are administered by the Ministry under the Customs Export Prohibition Order 1996. Read about the strategic goods export regime in more detail.

Regulations

The Ministry also administers a number of statutory regulations made under the above Acts, particularly in the area of United Nations Security Council sanctions, diplomatic privileges and immunities, and Tokelau.
