Important Information on Western Sahara

The Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Trade notes that due to the status of Western Sahara as a Non-Self-Governing Territory, there are international law considerations to bear in mind when trading in natural resources sourced from Western Sahara. It is recommended that companies seek independent legal advice before engaging in such trade.
