Prepared by the Ministry of Justice, and submitted to the Human Rights Committee in December 2007, this report covers the period from January 1997 to December 2007. The report was considered by the Committee in March 2010.

 

International Covenant on Economic, Social and Cultural Rights (CESCR)

Convention on the Elimination of Discrimination Against Women (CEDAW)

This was prepared by the Ministry of Women's Affairs and has been submitted to the Committee.  The report covers the period March 2006 to March 2010.

New Zealand's first report [NZ Office for Disability issues] was submitted to the Committee ion the Rights of Persons with Disabilities n March 2011.
