Papers should be submitted under the items enumerated in the draft annotated agenda (PDF 317KB).
Participants are encouraged to submit papers which provide useful information and background on topics under the agenda, as well as recommendations for future action.
Papers should be submitted in English to atme09@ats.aq by 13 November 2009.
Formatting guidelines will be made available here shortly; these will be the same as for documents submitted to an ATCM.
As papers are submitted they will be made available on a Meeting Documents website, http://atme2009.ats.aq. The Meeting Documents website will be password protected.
Those submitting papers will be invited to present them to the meeting. PowerPoint or other audiovisual facilities will be available to presenters. Presentations will need to be provided on CD/DVD in advance by 30 November, either via e-mail or by courier, to:
