1. Except as otherwise specified, Thailand shall allow the importation of the following products with:
so that the customs duty and any quantitative restrictions are eliminated in accordance with the table.
2. Any quantity of the specified products imported from New Zealand by Thailand under the WTO Agreement or any other arrangement implemented by Thailand shall not be counted toward any quantity specified in the table (14KB PDF).
3. Notwithstanding the in-quota tariff rates specified in the table, the in-quota tariff rate applied by Thailand at any time under the Agreement shall be no higher than the in-quota rate applied at that time under the WTO Agreement.
4. “W” means 90% of the out of quota rate applied by Thailand for the product under the WTO
Agreement.
5. “NQ" means no additional quota is given to this product during the transitional period.
6. All quantities specified are in tonnes.
