Auckland stakeholder registration open

17 October 2012

Stakeholder registration for Round 15 of the Trans-Pacific Partnership (TPP) negotiations is now open.  Round 15 will be hosted by New Zealand at the SkyCity Convention Centre in central Auckland from 3-12 December 2012.

Stakeholders from the 11 TPP participant countries are invited to a host-organised programme at the negotiating venue on Friday 7 December, comprising:

Please register online using the following link:

https://secure.tcc.co.nz/ei/getdemo.ei?id=903&s=_9J00NK44D

Registration should be completed no later than Friday 16 November.  We regret we cannot accept late stakeholder registrations after this date, nor at Round 15 itself.

If a stakeholder wishes to propose a presentation for inclusion in the schedule, an indicative topic/title can be included in the online registration process.  At this stage we envisage presenters will be allocated 15 minutes to speak, though final timings will depend on demand for presentation slots.

An information pack will be provided electronically to all registered stakeholders in due course.  Those who have registered to make a presentation will also be sent further information about format and other arrangements for participation.

If you have any queries about registration or the stakeholder programme please email tpp@mfat.govt.nz

We also take this opportunity to remind stakeholders to check if they require visas for entry to New Zealand, and if so, to arrange these in good time.  See http://www.immigration.govt.nz/migrant/stream/visit/ for further details on entry requirements.
