Exporting Chemicals from New Zealand

Chemical Weapons Convention Schedule 2 Chemicals

All CWC Schedule 2A (toxic) chemicals are controlled. A CWC Schedule 2B (precursor) chemical is controlled if it constitutes more than 10% (by weight) of a mixture or if the mix contains more than one Schedule 2 or Schedule 3 chemical.

Chemical Weapon Convention Schedule 2 chemicals may not be transferred to countries / territories who are not Parties to the CWC.
