WTO: DOHA Round: Services Market Access Negotiations: Initial Offer

The March 2003 Cabinet paper concerning New Zealand's initial, conditional services offer has been released under the Official Information Act. This paper is titled WTO: DOHA Round: Services Market Access Negotiations: Initial Offer.
