33. Investment Protocol to Australia New Zealand Closer Economic Relations Trade Agreement
Common name: Protocol to ANZCERTA

The objective of the Protocol is to reduce barriers to trans-Tasman capital flows and progress the single market agenda.

Status:

Bilateral. Negotiations commenced 31 January 2006. Four rounds of negotiations have taken place. It is expected that negotiations will be completed in 2009.

Not yet clear.
