Information for conference delegates
Accommodation
Delegates should book their accommodation for the Conference by completing Section E of the Registration form. Delegates who wish to arrange their own accommodation in Wellington privately are free to do so and should indicate this on the registration form.
Block bookings have been made at the hotels listed below and rates (all inclusive of GST) have been negotiated which are equal to, if not better than, corporate rates. Room rates do not include breakfast unless otherwise specified.
All hotels provide tea and coffee making facilities, minibar, refrigerator, iron and ironing board, hairdryer, email and internet connections.
All apartments include kitchen and laundry facilities.
Parking at some city hotels is usually an additional cost, averaging between $15 and $20 per day.
