IPEF text
Substantial conclusion of the IPEF Supply Chain Agreement was announced on 27 May 2023, and the text subsequently went through a legal verification process. The text of the Agreement was released in September 2023 and entered into force on 24 February 2024.
Substantial conclusion of the negotiations of the IPEF Supply Chain, Clean Economy and Fair Economy Agreements was announced in San Francisco on 16 November 2023. The texts were published following legal review on 14 March 2024.
