This Embassy is able to provide assistance and guidance to any New Zealander in serious distress (for example, if you have been involved in an accident, been hospitalised, arrested and detained, or you have lost your passport) in Poland or in Ukraine. The numbers to call are:

Notarial services

In certain circumstances, staff at this Embassy are able to witness affidavits, affirmations, statutory declarations and other documents for use under New Zealand law. The witnessing must take place at the New Zealand Embassy. Please call the Embassy Consular staff to enquire about this service, including applicable fees.
