On Wednesday 25 April 2018, the Australian and New Zealand Embassies will host the Australian and New Zealand Army Corps (ANZAC) Day Services in Thailand.

ANZAC Day marks the landing of ANZAC troops on the Gallipoli Peninsula on the 25th of April 1915, as well as the fallen from all wars, conflicts and peacekeeping operations around the world since. ANZAC Day commemorates the ideals of courage, endurance and friendship that are still relevant today. The ANZAC Day Dawn Service and Gunfire Breakfast will take place at 5.30am at Hellfire Pass, followed by a Commemorative Service and Wreath Laying at Kanchanaburi War Cemetery at 11.00am.
