In commemoration of the 104th anniversary of the ANZAC landing at Gallipoli, the New Zealand and Australian High Commissions will host a joint ANZAC Day Dawn Service at Tugu Negara (the National Monument), Jalan Parlimen, Lake Gardens, Kuala Lumpur, on Thursday 25th April, 2019.

The Service is open to all members of the public. Guests are requested to be seated by 6.00am for the service to commence at 6.15am sharp. Dress code is lounge suit or smart casual for civilians and ceremonial uniform for military attendees, with medals if applicable.

Guests are advised to apply mosquito repellent and carry a small torch. Poppies and rosemary will be provided.

Following the Service, the New Zealand High Commissioner will host a traditional ‘gunfire’ breakfast at the New Zealand Residence, 15 Jalan Langgak Golf. Members of the public who wish to attend can RSVP at +60 (3) 2078 2533, or email nzhcklenquiries@mfat.govt.nz before Thursday 17th April. Guests who have not registered to attend the breakfast will not be permitted entry.
