Tim Groser becomes Ambassador to US

Tim Groser has officially become New Zealand’s Ambassador to the United States, after presenting his credentials to President Barack Obama last week.
Mr Groser, former Minister of Trade, was involved in negotiating the Trans-Pacific Partnership free trade agreement.
He entered Parliament in 2005, and also held the Climate Change Issues portfolio, before being appointed to his new role in Washington.
