Vacancy: Property and Services Manager


The New Zealand High Commission is seeking a motivated and experienced Property and Services Manager to provide property management services across the New Zealand High Commission portfolio.

To be successful in this role you need to be a self-starter who is able to bring a wide knowledge base and experience in coordinating and managing property works, maintenance programmes to buildings and facilities, health and safety programmes, property security and procurement.  The role requires excellent communication and problem solving skills, attention to detail and experience with asset information management systems.
