New Zealand and China hold officials’ Foreign Affairs Consultations
The Secretary of Foreign Affairs, Chris Seed, held virtual Foreign Affairs Consultations today, 9 December, with his Chinese counterpart Vice Minister Zheng Zeguang.
Due to the suspension of airlinks and unprecedented operational pressures, New Zealand has temporarily withdrawn staff from its Consulate-General in Chengdu. The New Zealand Embassy in Beijing is available during office hours on (10) 8532 7000 for New Zealanders who need consular assistance.
