The fund supports the New Zealand Aid Programme’s objective to “support sustainable development in developing countries, in order to reduce poverty and contribute to a more secure, equitable and prosperous world.”

New Zealand Embassy Fund China

The New Zealand Embassy Fund (HEF) for China is a discretionary grants scheme managed by the New Zealand Embassy in Beijing.

This HEF is made available to community groups and NGOs in China.

Applications for the first round of HEF China for 2017/18 should be sent to the New Zealand Embassy in Beijing between Monday 29 May and Friday 7 July 2017.

The funding limit for each HEF project is RMB100,000.

New Zealand Embassy Fund Mongolia

The New Zealand Embassy Fund (HEF) for Mongolia is a discretionary grants scheme managed by the New Zealand Embassy in Beijing.

This HEF is made available to community groups and NGOs in Mongolia.

Applications for the first round of HEF Mongolia for 2017/18 should be sent to the New Zealand Embassy in Beijing between Monday 29 May and Friday 7 July 2017.

The funding limit for each HEF project is USD5,000.
