Executive Assistant to the Ambassador New Zealand Embassy Manila

The New Zealand Embassy in Manila is looking for a professional person to be its next Executive Assistant to the Ambassador.

The overall purpose of this position is to provide secretarial support to the ambassador. The job description is available below.

The successful applicant must have at least an undergraduate degree, sound judgement, critical and analytical thinking, and attention to detail, motivation, initiative, and an ability to set priorities. They must be highly organised, have excellent communication skills to build a robust network of contacts and be able to work cooperatively as part of a small team.

We are looking for the successful appointee to be available to commence duties end of January 2020 or early February 2020.
