Agricultural Partnerships Manager – New Delhi

The New Zealand High Commission in New Delhi is seeking an experienced and accomplished professional to take up the senior-level role of Agricultural Partnerships Manager.
This is a high-impact position that requires a minimum of five years of relevant experience in agriculture, trade, or international cooperation. The successful candidate will be a confident communicator and strategic thinker, with a strong track record of working with government, industry, or diplomatic stakeholders.
You will work closely with New Zealand’s Agriculture Counsellor to shape strategic partnerships, manage cooperation projects, and represent New Zealand’s interests across India’s dynamic agricultural landscape.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage agricultural cooperation initiatives.
- Build trusted relationships with government, industry, and civil society.
- Support trade facilitation and policy engagement.
- Conduct research and analysis on agriculture and trade trends.
- Support high-level visits and official delegations.
What We’re Looking For
- At least 5 years of professional experience in agriculture, trade, or related sectors
- Strong relationship management and communication skills.
- Demonstrated experience working with government, industry, or international partners.
- Strategic thinking, sound judgement, and cultural awareness.
- Organised, proactive, and effective in a fast-paced, high-performing environment.
Please note: This is a senior-level position requiring proven experience. Applicants who do not meet the experience criteria are unlikely to be shortlisted.
